I hate moving. Just the idea or notion that all the shit in my room has to be packed up and moved to a different location… ugh. And renting pisses me off. In New York, you inevitably end up renting from a cheakskate, because those are the only motherfuckers who have money to buy and want to make more money by renting. The really rich won’t bother with being landlords b/c it’s a bitch. The can’t-afford-to-buy crowd could comprise of nice people, but they cannot afford to be landlords. What does this bring me?

Cheap ass landlords who kind of suck at fixing things. Granted, they only suck because 90% of these buildings have been here since 1950 or something and they are ooooold. They are old and they break down. They are owned by cheapskates and I am helping them gain financial stability as they gain equity by paying off the mortgage every month. Me? I am stuck in the, “fuck i hate moving but fuck I do not have money to buy” mode probably for the next twenty years.

Yes this is a great city. Yes the people are nice. Fuck, sometimes I just want to live in a wood cable in the middle of a prarie. With satellite internet access of course, wtf do you expect me to do all day in the praries without pr0n? jesus.
